Nearly 300 experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs participated in the seminar and interacted with speakers online.
Mr. Chen Dongsheng gave a keynote speech on the development of the health industry. Taking the United States as an example, Mr. Chen Dongsheng pointed out that education and medical care are the foundation of national strength, which respectively correspond to two important issues of national quality and national quality. In terms of Hubei's economic development, Mr. Chen Dongsheng believes that Wuhan, Hubei has a sound foundation in the health industry, which is reflected in the two high-level medical schools and two affiliated hospitals integrating medical, teaching and research. Taikang Tongji Hospital has made a contribution to the epidemic in Wuhan. With the goal of building a hospital integrating medicine, teaching and research, Taikang Tongji Hospital will further gather top talents to promote the development of medicine and great health and make contributions to the development of the great health industry in my hometown. Talking about the epidemic, Mr. Chen Dongsheng mentioned that his hometown of Wuhan, Hubei, was greatly affected this time. Chu Shang and Wuhan University and the Alumni Entrepreneur Association have made indelible contributions, and will continue to make their efforts for Hubei's industrial development in the post-new crown epidemic period.
Mr. Mao Zhenhua gave a speech on the theme of "Difficulties in Hubei's Economic Development and Policy Recommendations". Mr. Mao Zhenhua mentioned that epidemic prevention and restoration of economic and social life are equally important, and they still face multiple pressures and difficulties. We must pay close attention to the epidemic prevention work, and we cannot relax. It is suggested that Wuhan, Hubei province, take the lead in carrying out nationwide testing and classification management to improve its urban influence, sense of security and social acceptance, and become the safest city in China. Mr. Mao Zhenhua called on the central government to increase support for Hubei's economy and help Hubei and Wuhan to ease the people's livelihood. He suggested that Wuhan citizens and the poor in Hubei region each be granted a consumer voucher subsidy of 10,000 yuan. It is necessary to build a nationwide mechanism to support Hubei's economy and to support Hubei as a counterpart. Hubei itself must pay great attention to employment issues and attach importance to small and medium-sized enterprises. It is necessary to increase the degree of attention to competitive industries and focus on supporting the industrial ecology. Wuhan area must create a good environment for attracting investment, serve enterprises well, and stimulate people's enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and employment. Mr. MAO Zhenhua also mentioned that we should pay close attention to the psychological construction of the people in Hubei and Wuhan and give them humanistic care.
Mr. Tian Yuan gave a speech on the theme of "The era of great health and rapid development has arrived". He pointed out that the relevant data rankings and industry indexes show that the era of great health and rapid development has come, and the theory of the era of longevity has been further reflected. The growth of human life span provides lasting impetus and huge opportunities for the development of the health industry, which are reflected in the increasing market size, the global expansion of the industry, innovation-driven growth and the birth of giant enterprises, as well as the enhancement of the competitiveness of local Chinese enterprises. This new crown pneumonia epidemic has made the world aware of Wuhan. It is necessary to transform Wuhan's worldwide awareness into a focus on investment and industrial development, and a huge opportunity for development after the epidemic. He recommended that Wuhan compete with Boston and make full use of the existing biomedical industry foundation and the advantages of excellent and profound biomedical talents to develop a large-scale health industry. At the same time, he emphasized that Wuhan should further emancipate the mind, further expand its opening up, and create a good environment for enterprises to be willing to settle in Wuhan.
Mr. Yang Daohong mentioned in his speech that the development of the integrated circuit industry is a "stuck neck" problem and one of the problems that needs to be solved. At present, the basic framework of Hubei's integrated circuit industry has been formed and great progress has been made. Due to the characteristics of the industry, the impact of the epidemic on the integrated circuit industry in our province is limited. The special environment of the factory cuts off the path of virus infection. Telecommuting is also commonplace in the integrated circuit industry. However, in the post-epidemic era, the on-site support of overseas engineers is hindered, and new risks may arise due to delayed deliveries caused by the international epidemic and the shrinking and shrinking overseas electronic consumer market. It is suggested that we should firmly develop the IC industry with the same original intention, speed up the formulation of industrial development action plan, form scale effect and achieve technology leadership. Hubei integrated circuit industry development must hold high to play forms the characteristic. We should formulate policies to support the IC industry and optimize the industrial investment environment.
Mr. Li Jian gave a speech on the topic of "The Impact of the Epidemic on Hubei and Its Response". Taking his own company as an example, Mr. Li Jian pointed out that the impact of the epidemic is the whole process, the pressure of epidemic prevention in the early stage is great, and the competition challenge of returning to work in other provinces in the later stage is great. Facing the test of the epidemic, companies must first survive. Every company must do a good job in digital transformation, achieve good internal management online, and achieve good online communication with customers and suppliers. Facing the impact of the epidemic, it is necessary to further promote globalization and strengthen the globalization of industrial development, otherwise it will only bring greater pain, and anti-globalization thinking is not necessary. In the global layout, we must also pay attention to the localization of corporate management and minimize the impact of crisis events on corporate operations. Regarding Hubei’s industrial development, the central government has not yet formed a package of policies for Hubei. It is hoped that the provincial government will move as soon as possible to seek more support and concern from the central government to help Hubei get out of its predicament.
With the theme of "The Impact of the Epidemic on the Development of Wuhan Enterprises and Industries", Mr. Shen Xiaojian analyzed the micro-level and industrial macro-level development of Wuhan enterprises in the post-epidemic period. Mr. Shen Xiaojian pointed out that through a survey of 150 invested companies, it was found that more than 90% of the companies had a different degree of negative impact. Among them, the impact of strategic emerging companies was relatively small, and the supply chain and terminal demand were highly dependent. The industry has greater influence. Small-scale companies have higher risks, their growth is narrowed, and their expected social contributions are reduced. The direct impact of the epidemic prevention and control on enterprises is more common and prominent. The cash flow of enterprises is obviously tight, the demand for equity financing is large, and all-round recovery is facing difficulties. Mr. Shen Xiaojian also talked about Wuhan's resource endowment and post-epidemic innovation and development direction, pointed out the key areas of Wuhan's industrial development and the policy support for industrial recovery.
Starting from his experience in the war against the epidemic, Mr. Jian Hong delivered a speech on "Wuhan Hubei's resumption of production and production and E-Han brand online marketing", and put forward his views on the resumption of work and production in Wuhan and Hubei after the epidemic. Mr. Jian Hong believes that the lockdown of Wuhan forcibly changed our lifestyle and consumption patterns. The normalized prevention and control situation has taken shape, giving birth to online economic formats and activating the online economy. However, the biggest problem with resumption of work and production and economic restart is that the economy can be restarted, but the market has not returned to its previous state. At present, online sales formats such as live broadcast of public welfare and goods brought by Internet celebrities are a new focus. The focus must be transformed into a growth point for Hubei's economy. After the epidemic, Wuhan will surely become a hot spot for investment promotion and a depression for policies, and there will be opportunities for investment. Various measures must be taken to turn the disadvantages of Wuhan, Hubei into advantages.
Dean Song Min mentioned in his speech that Hubei, especially Wuhan, has been hit hard by the epidemic this time, and the negative impact must not be underestimated. It is not enough to restore the industry and the economy on its own. It is necessary to win more policy and financial support. It is necessary to seek further reform and opening up of the special zone policy from the central government, create a new framework for social governance, and further study and refine the relevant policy system. When it comes to learning from the pain in Wuhan, Hubei, the motivation for change brought about by this crisis cannot be wasted. With the support of good and loose policies and external forces, we have redoubled our efforts, and the future development of Wuhan, Hubei will have a new look.
In the guest interaction session, Mr. Li Fuan, Chairman of Bohai Bank, gave a brief speech. He pointed out that for Hubei Wuhan, the epidemic is a bad thing and a big opportunity. Hubei Wuhan has never been so noticed by the world. It is necessary to put forward a "Hubei Wuhan Recovery Plan", mobilize all social forces, win the support of the central government, and use this opportunity to promote the industrial development of Wuhan, Hubei.
Finally, Mr. Chen Dongsheng, Mr. Mao Zhenhua, Mr. Yang Daohong and other guests discussed and interacted with the audience on issues such as solving the problem of discrimination against the people of Wuhan, Hubei, the hardest hit area of the epidemic, the development of Wuhan laser industry, and the entry of private capital into the elderly care industry. In the concluding remarks, the host Ms. Guo Min, on behalf of all the speakers and the audience, expressed deep feelings for Hubei and Wuhan, and wished the people of Hubei and Wuhan, and wished Hubei and Wuhan even better after the epidemic.( Editor: Zou Peishan,Lai Xiaowei,Luo Yu)
