On October 4, Chen Zuotao, the alumnus from our college of class 1988, as well as the executive director of Tianhao Investment Group Co., LTD., donated 30 million yuan to Wuhan University to establish the "Luojia Tianhao Campus Culture Construction Fund", which was used to support the campus culture construction of Wuhan University. The signing ceremony of donation was held in conference of the Administration building.

Chen Zuotao; Han Jin, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Education Development Foundation of the University; the President Dou Xiankang, the Vice President Li Ziyuan; Xu Dongxing, the assistant to the president, and the heads of relevant functional departments of the university, all attended the signing ceremony. Besides, the representatives of alumni entrepreneurs including Yu Gang, Zeng Wentao, Zhu Zhengfu, JianHong, Li Yifei, Zheng Quan, Chu Tianshu, Min Jie, Chen sheng, and Chen Zuotao's teacher representatives in school time, Tan Liwen, Xu Shan, etc, were all there to witness it.

Dou Xiankang, the principal of Wuhan University, delivered a welcome speech. He said that Chen Zuotao was an excellent representative of Wuhan University alumni entrepreneurs. His personal experience of continuous entrepreneurship and the good development trend of his established enterprises reflected his tenacious quality, unique investment vision and constant pursuit of career and life. Alumni of Chen Zuotao have donated to campus cultural activities such as cherry blossom Poetry Competition and student news team for many times before. This donation is mainly used to help his Alma mater renovate the cherry blossom top "Wuhan University Student Cultural Activity Center", which will continue to provide valuable support for the construction of campus culture.

This year is just the 30th anniversary of my graduation from Wuhan University. Choosing to donate to my Alma mater on the occasion of National Day is also a summary of my past life, which has special significance to me, said Chen Zuotao. He reviewed his entrepreneurial experience of more than 20 years, and reported the outstanding achievements of the enterprise in recent years to the leaders, teachers and alumni of his Alma mater. He said, from the first bucket of gold in entrepreneurship, to the investment and establishment of three enterprises successively listed, every point of achievement had benefited from the knowledge and nutrients learned in Wuhan University. Behind every step of development, there were the selfless support and help of the university alumni. He is very proud of being a WHUer and deeply grateful. He said he would work harder in his career and make more contributions to his Alma mater.

As a former teacher of Chen Zuotao, Tan Liwen, a professor of EMS, said the spirit of humanity is the soul of a university. Since the reform and opening up, a large number of outstanding entrepreneurs 

have emerged in the School of Economics and Management. Their success is inseparable from the influence and infiltration of the profound cultural heritage of the university, which is also one of the important reasons why alumni are keen to support their Alma mater. He hopes that the school will continue to play a long-term advantage in humanities and social sciences, and continue to pay attention to the comprehensive quality of students.

On behalf of Wuhan University, Han Jin express the gratitude to Chen Zuotao. He said that the fact that many students of Wuhan University choose to give back to their Alma mater after their successful careers is a great honor and pride for Wuhan University, and also a testament to the university's success in talent cultivation. Sakura top college student activity center hosted the common youth memory of generations of WHUers. School will work together with Chen Zuotao to transform the sakura top college student activity center of WHU into a "visible LuoJia Mountain, visible east lake water, remember context inheritance" landmark campus cultural venues, don't live up to what our alumni trust and expectations to the school.

Han Jin expressed his thanks to Chen Zuotao's alumnus. He said that many students of Wuhan University chose to give back to their alma mater after their successful career, which is the glory and pride of Wuhan University, and also shows the success of talent cultivation of the university. Yingding University Student Activity Center bears the common youth memory of generations of martial arts adults.
